- I supported the CEO of a private hire company for an equity sale of the business, leading a cost-cutting programme across all functions to increase EBITDA by 30% on current run rate.
- I led the transformation of a sales force in France. Having assessed the situation, I turned the management team into change agents to transform practices in their regions. Sales improved by 25% as a result.
- I transformed a customer service centre of 4,800 staff, increasing speed and quality of service with a headcount reduction of 35% and a consolidation of 24 sites into 7.
- I led the sales turnaround for a global B2B client, working not just to raise the salesforce effectiveness but also to eradicate a culture of fear and blame which was stifling performance.
